Binary options are a great way to invest money and reap rich rewards. In fact there are thousands upon thousands of people who started out not knowing a thing and going on to make a killing with binary options.

Binary Options are considered the simplest trading products out there. They are also called all or nothing options, which means that the payout is either all or nothing. Another term for them is Fixed Return Options because their payoff is fixed. The trader (you) simply needs to decide whether the value of the asset is going to go up or down in a specific time frame which is usually between 1 minute to 1 hour. If the trends that occur before the trade expires rhymes you’re your prediction, you will have won it and earned the pre decided payout. Because of their straightforward approach, Binary Options are the fastest growing simplified trading products out there. They are also considered as a mass market financial instrument as a trader with a fairly simple and straightforward approach can make profits without needing to get into the technicalities of traditional option trading.

How they work!
Binary Options are available for a number of different underlying assets, including – Commodities, Currencies, Stocks and Indices. Unlike most other forms of trading such as stock broking and Forex, the payouts in Binary Options are fixed, which means if you win a trade, you either get the payout or you don’t. This is very much different from traditional trading where payouts depend on the value of the underlying asset. There are only two ways this can end, either the price goes up or it goes down which is why it is called Binary Options. When you buy a trade you place a Call Option and when you are selling one, you will place a Put Option. If your prediction is correct then you will win the trade which is usually in the range of 70% to 80% of the invested money instantly making you a respectable profit. If your prediction does not come to pass, then you lose the trade. Since the specified time is so low, you can get away with some money pretty quickly.


While Option Bot 2 is a fairly accurate piece of software, its strengths really shine through when you use the spreading strategy. Spreading essentially means that you duplicate the same trade across multiple brokers in order to increase the odds of winning it; so if you placed a trade with all the five platforms, firstly you can take advantage of the fact that the trades will be placed a few seconds or a few minutes from each other. Next, since the same trade is running on five platforms instead of one, your odds of winning that particular trade increase by five times.
Another great advantage of doing this is you can circumvent the maximum trading limit which most brokers put on a trade, in most cases this is 20%. If you are bidding the same trade across five different platforms, your investment will automatically exceed this limitation.


Unlike traditional financial instruments, Binary Options are a lot simpler to understand and trade as you only need to consider which direction the price of the asset will take. While the payout is no doubt limited, so is the risk which makes it an ideal way to enter the rather complicated world of financial trading. A fixed payout also means you know exactly how much you stand to lose should the trade not go according to your predictions, this is not possible with traditional options where neither the rewards nor the risk are known at the onset. Also, since the payout is predetermined, you will receive that amount even if the contract is successful by merely one pip.
Binary Options are also issued 24/7, allowing you to trade through multiple time frames. Most brokers will also offer you a wide variety of different underlying assets to choose from.


Firstly, Option Bot 1 used the following default settings 3 pips and M15. This meant that optionbot was searching for 3 pip movements that had occurred in a 15 minutes interval.
The first version of optionbot when set to M15 would check the pip movement 4 times per hour, on the hour, quarter based the hour, half past the hour and quarter to the hour.
So should there have been a 3 pip or greater movement that had occurred between 12:15 and 12:30 then at 12:30 the software would give you an alert saying either call or put depending which way the movement was.
The problem with this was that if there had been both an upward and downward movement in that 15 minute time frame, you would get the same currency pair saying both call and put at 12:30 causing confusion for the trader. This was one of the major shortcomings of optionbot when it first launched in October 2012.
In addition to this issue, option bot 1 taught the trader to trade in the opposite direction of the signal, but gave no explanation as to why, and there’s a reason for this which I’ll explain now. Gary Davies the creator of OptionBot is a computer programmer that enjoys trading forex, the fact he enjoys trading doesn’t necessarily mean that he knows much about trading, and for this very reason he came up with the trading against signals on M15 and 3 pip movements simply because just happened to work for him when he recorded the demo video, he actually told people to come up with there own settings for the parameters and to email him the results. This is also the reason that after sales service and support was practically not existent, it was just him replying to emails, however his knowledge was limited to the technical side not the trading side.
However despite these slight issues, option bot became a very popular tool for binary options traders which left Gary Davies overwhelmed an unable to handle the support by himself.
This is where he caught the eye of a company called Option XE, a company that specialise in training and advising home traders. Option XE had optionbot redeveloped as a web based application, and tweaked the coding so that the M settings would be continuously reading 15 minutes intervals and altering the user to whatever movement you have it set to immediately.
With this in mind, Option XE’s in house trading office looked at several different strategies and the probabilities that are linked to binary options trading, which is how they came up with their spreading method and M15 20 pip movement. When you get alerted to a 20 pip upward or downward movement you should then place a trade in the same direction as the alert ONLY after you have referred to the chart and that you believe that the market is going to continue in that direction.

I got the software for free about 2 months ago and was given a personal trader to help me out too. I probably make about $100 a week but don´t have enough time to use it properly its more of a hobby I guess. Can´t fault it though
