Yes it is...it comes as a wordpress plugin and you can also access all the graphics separately.

I have problem with the plugin, and I sent out the request to support desk and did not received any answer (72 hours ago) weird, support not existing, besides I did not receive bonus from hanifq. so not really reliable

Can you change the text in the graphics (on the fly)with out a program like Photoshop?

No you would still need an editing software...but Gimp (free) is more than enough for your needs and there's all types of free online image editors as well.
