Your pricing policy is really stupid! Every time that you release an update you f@@@ your old customers. Elite version owners just got downgraded.

Pro version disappeared and Elite version got the functionality of Pro! Very nice once again.

Guys just don't buy this software, spend your money on a serious software manufacturer!!!

I am currently in the process of getting my serial from you after dusting off this software. I purchased spinnerchief 2 elite on 04/08/13 at 8:42 PM. I sent you an email with my paypal transaction id, the registered email ( you stated in your forums was all you needed) I even copied my entire paypal email to you.

I had received an email to upgrade to spinnerchief 3 for free, which I did ( I'm sure because I bought a lifetime serial with free updates the the latest version) I also received an email to upgrade to the spinnerchief 4 . john replies to me today 3/23/17 saying the following:

It took about 3 days of back and forth to finally get my serial number which all could have been alleviated with a simple retrieval system based on the information provided at time of purchase i.e PayPal Transaction Id, Email etc. I think someone capable of creating a software such as spinnerchief should have little problem with creating such a system.

Customer satisfaction is often overlooked by developers and/or companies when pursuing the almighty dollar which I think is a big mistake. When you consider a happy customer will most likely come back to buy your next offering. This chance drops however if said customer has an problematic experience.

I do appreciate the fact I did finally receive my lifetime serial which does seem to afford me to the latest version of the software I purchased, which in my case was the elite version. I just think they can improve the service after the sale to be less frustrating. Generally when people are working on a project the last thing they want to do is spend 3 days emailing back and forth to get a number they already paid $127 for years prior.
