Making money online isn't hard but and there always is a but...

Most New marketers that are attracted to this industry don't usually have 'realistic' expectations and usually quit too soon out of sheer frustration.

Look guys, it takes time for any thing worthwhile to get up and running and into 'momentum'.

And you don't need to be hand held. People who need hand holding are people who are not self reliant and will quit just as fast as they got started.

A little struggle especially in the beginning will make you a stronger marketer.

It's nice to see a fellow Canadian in the house. We are practically neighbors. I live approximately 1.5 hours south of you.

I did not realize you posted on this thread so my apologies for late response.

I agree with all you have said except your statement, "And you don't need to be hand held. People who need hand holding are people who are not self reliant and will quit just as fast as they got started."

I have to disagree with you there specifically to the fact that when I first started, I worked my a** off over a five month period building an online business. Over that five month period, I put in 40-50 hours plus per week with a total time investment of approximately 1000 hours with a return on investment of only $17 and some cents. Any sane person would have quit and this is why the failure rate to online success is 98% whereas only 2% move on to succeed.

You see, I refused to quit and was determined and committed to succeed to be that 2%.

What I found was this... Everything I was doing was the wrong and in the wrong direction. The things that I was doing were worthless and did not work.

With saying that, I hired a mentor that cost me $5000.00 because I knew that I needed someone to not basically hold my hand, but to be there for me to show me what worked and what did not work; thus succeeding by that mentor standing by my side.

Long story short, my next two months turned into $450 months... The two months after that were $4500-$4600 months and my fifth month after hiring the mentor which was Christmas and the best Christmas I ever had as my income for that month just before X-mas was in access of $15,500.00. Additionally, each and every month thereafter have gone up and continues to do so on a regular basis. That $15,500.00 was also in access of my yearly income which was a normal just over $16,000.00 per year. My second year in online business has an online revenue of $260,000.00 to which I reflect a huge thank you to my hired mentor. If it were not for him, I would have drowned in that 98% of failure.

The only people that can succeed in online marketing without a helping hand are those who get lucky with finding something that works right out of the box and yes that does happen from time to time, but the heavy majority fail without a helping hand.
