- Warrior Forum Username
- Thread ID / Thread Url in question
- Steps taken that triggered the issue or error
- Screenshot/screencast via Jing etc
- Browser/ Operating system ? Phone/desktop? Internet connection type?
Including these information helps us address the issues quicker. Without those details, we often have to second guess at what happened, or request more information from you - both of which slow down the process or leave the issues unresolved.
