I see new banners being displayed every day, but my banner that's been "pending" for 3 weeks won't ever get approved

Well mines approved and running,The only problem it links to banner image not my thread. I did sent in ticket to help desk, but it's the weekend. So I might have to wait till monday to get a reply. It's some glitch obviously.

Well we messed up, had it directed to image not thread , duh.
So there in pending again, I think 3 weeks we waited first time.
So now were waiting again. Hopefully next week will get rolling.
Make sure you have it pointing to your thread when you load them
You'll lose more time if you don't like we did.

You can direct people anywhere you like. It doesn't have to be your WSO. However, he suggest you direct it to a WSO because he says it converts better than sending your visitors to a website. But ultimately it's your choice.

Ok I have come to the conclusion that there's something to get banners approve that I'm just missing: None of my banners are getting approved after weeks of waiting. They comply with the rules to the "T", yet still nothing.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

My got approved after just one day. Not sure what's with your scenario. Try deleting it and re-uploading it I guess...

Anyway, I received the email that my banner was approved and I rushed to a computer. 14 minutes after the email was sent I was on a computer and tried to purchase it but the spot was already gone. Gotta act real fast.

Here's the best tip I can give you about advertising with the top banner on the Warrior Forum...

In every single case I know of, when the banner points to a Warrior Special Offer it makes far more money than if it leads to a web site.

The social proof in a WSO thread is extremely powerful and should not be ignored.

I can only tell you my experience and test results. Yours may be different, but I highly doubt it.

In my opinion the best use of the banner spot would be to use it after a WSO has been open for a day at least. You want some initial responses to your WSO, then send the traffic with the banner.

Does anyone know how long you have to wait once you've made the payment? I got an email saying that my ad got approved, but it's not up yet. When I check, it says approved but the starting date is blank. Do they notify you when it starts running?

A one day ad can typically receive anywhere from 150 to 300+ clicks.

Yes, that's my experience too: between 150 to 300 clicks for a 24 hour banner (which costs $100).

I've had like 10+ banners approved the past 30 days, all with 100% approval rate and less than 24 hours to approve. Something is wrong with your banners if they're not getting approved.

I've refreshed I don't know how many times at different times of the day, and have yet to see the availability come back - yet see the exact same banners (pretty much) ALWAYS rotating.

To the questions above - I got all of mine easily. I didn't have too much hassle. It can take up to a week for you to find a spot though, but you definitely don't need to be sitting there waiting. Just check in a few times a day at different times of the day. The best time to find ads available is when most people purchase their ads. At night time, when people are usually sleeping, you'll rarely find any spaces available. However, during day time and after work hours (around 6PM to 11PM) there should be some available. And I'm talking US (mostly EST) time of course - since most of the people purchasing ads on this forum are from North America.

I have two banners that have been awaiting approval since monday--I know they fit the requirements, blue and black, and the right size, and everything--

It took a few days to even be able to upload one, and now I'm just waiting for approval..they are still listed as pending--what is the typical time frame to get these approved? I see people in here with times all over the place, some get approved the same day, and others have to wait weeks...

Who do I have to rub and which way to get these approved ASAP?

Strange..I've had banner ads in the past approved no more than 24 hours, but in the past 2 weeks I've submitted 3 with none being approved at all (I thought they didn't like my designs or something)

So I helped out a friend with designing a banner and he got his approved straight away 2 days ago..what gives?

I would like to ask if any of those doing banner ads noticed a sharp decline in traffic the last 15 Days. Previously I could have predicted with certainty how much traffic, now it is about 50% less. Anyone else seeing this? Admins, any feedback?

I can't say previously as I've only used it a few times, but I would likely say that it's because it's the end of summer for many areas.

I know around here, a LOT of people are away the last 2 weeks of August, because kids go back to school (here) on Sept 4th... in other areas they just went back on the 27th of August.

Just my thoughts.

Hi there, it is not bad luck your thread is very unappealing to me. When I go onto it I don't want to see a load of testimonials at the top I want to know clearly what your proposition is about.

Also, you need to centre your image it is showing on the right side in my browser and I doubt i'm alone in that.

Finally, I saw your banner but I don't think it's the kind of offer which will appeal to your regular warrior forum visitor.

It would be really helpful if someone from Admin would please come to this thread and settle some of these issues once and for all.

That way at least members who submit ads aren't left in the dark when those ads don't get displayed, and they don't know why.

I agree with this but I believe it'll be hard to create a custom ad system. Although he can afford it, I don't think he wants to deal with it and pay because he has enough customers already
