Member Run Private Forums..

EDIT: I will be contacting everyone asap. Taking a little longer than I expected :)

Would you like to run a private forum on the Warrior Forum like Bryan Kumar is doing with the Kindle Club?

If you have a great idea and can prove you know what you are talking about send me a private message and I'll send you the details.

Thanks!

Allen

This is great. Is there any restriction we should know?
What about a local idea with local language for local private sub-forum?
Thanks. :)

Just an off-topic suggestions: please try to reduce the waiting time for banner approvals, takes more than 2 weeks and still not approved..

I would certainly be interested in any assistance you could offer for an idea I have. Please tell me more about how to start the process, where do we submit our ideas, for your evaluation?

I've just seen the ad at the bottom of my screen. I'd be interested in setting up a forum myself, but don't quite have the time right now to dedicate to it.

Sounds like a great idea though and I'm looking forward to seeing what people come up with.

How about a website flipping section just for Warrior members?

How about a forum regarding EMAIL marketing advanced tactics. My specialty! We could make it private and only allow paid members. The more I think about it the more I like the idea... I may have to do this myself if we can not do it here. (smile)

I think a section based purely on marketing methods which are applicable to any industry rather than just IM would be very useful.

Hello Allen,

This is a good idea,

I can see Allens inbox busy with requests from marketers with their brainstorming ideas today.

Something based on 'general niches' outside the internet marketing niche would be a good subniche.

Great Idea and opens up a whole other world of internet marketing possibilities here on this fantastic forum. Putting on my thinking cap now to nail down a specific authority niche that my expertise can handle.

Just saw the ad regarding the private forum. Would be honored to have a private forum on warrior forum. But, I haven't really noticed the Kindle Club private forum. I think I need to go check out the private forum before deciding...

Hi Allen make sure the one running the section is a reputable person and he really knows what he's doing so we won't hesitate to buy.

Hey Allen,

PM sent. In the meantime. The footer bar is showing in the WSO forum. Is that intentional?

I know you removed most of the other advertising from in there to avoid leaking on the paid WSO ads so figured that might've been an oversight.

Cheers,

Andy

Re: Member Run Private Forums..

Sounds like a good idea, wouldn't it be easier to post an FAQ here in this thread with all the details, at least the basics:
  • How much to join?
  • Do I get a percentage of subscribers $$ If I'm the one starting/posting the content?
  • How does Bryan Kumar's Kindle Club private forum work? I click that private forum link & it tells me I'm not a member, it has no info./links on how to become a member.

[Warrior Book Club (Kindle Publishing / Brainstorming)]

yukon, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

You may not have upgraded to a Full Warrior Member. Or, this may be a separate private forum.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
  • What's a full warrior member? What am I now, If I'm not a full warrior member?

I think we should have a guest blogging/authority site area since its the only linking method that is ok with matt cutts:

What is Google's view on guest blogging for links? - YouTube

I could run it. I just PMed you, let me know.

Thanks,
Ike

  • Warrior Book Club (Kindle Publishing / Brainstorming)
  • Downloads, Reviews, Etc

Once some of these new private forums are formed, how would we find out about it and what would be the requirements if you wanted to join? Would it be solely based on your willingness to pay to access or a combo of something else?

I am no expert but would be interested in joining a forum about anything video,

thanks, Eva
