Looking to partner with Web Design Firm/Digital Agency/Marketing Consultants

I am the owner of a digital agency offering web design and lead generation services. However, being based in Pakistan, we have a hard time landing small business clients in north america and europe. I have tried, fb ads, craigslist, linkedin and adwords but business owners are really not too keen on outsourcing. even then 90% of our work comes from USA but it is not scaling as fast as i would like. So, I want to partner with

and anyone who has regular small business clients and can offer us steady work related to
web design - website templates, FB/twitter profiles, UI/UX design
front end development - mobile responsive, wordpress/woocommerce, html/css
graphic design - logos, stationary, print design
ppc advertising - adwords, bing ads, facebook, remarketing, google shopping
lead generation - pay per call, pay per lead
Our prices are not the cheapest but quality of work is much better than other firms in our region. We have a team of 3 designers, 3 front end developers and 1 project manager. We can work on percentage basis, monthly retainers or fixed price per job.
