Looking for a ''REAL BUSINESS PARTNER ( I will invest to)

I am looking for a 50/50 business partner... ( I will invest to)

Mainly looking to launch a software and funnels in the
Internet marketing space..

just little background over me..

Launching several software and plugins... internally
on the warrior forum, to my list and partners list..

including jv fuel plugin, traffic jam explosion, launched video courses,
presented webinars,.. dont wanna go crazy, so you kinda know lil bit
about me.. my skills range from;

1. Software Development and Membership sites etc
2. sales funnels and optimization
2. jv recruitment [ I have list of affiliates etc ] [ but need you to be able to have experience in Marketing to..]
3. sales copy ( learnt from john carlton, vin montello few others( but i prefer to use my other skills and knownledge rather then copy writing...
4. email relationship

What I lack and what doesnt interest me is: photoshop and that stuff... but websites, like membership site's etc all good

What I need from you;

1. Idea or Basically finding holes in products and software and brainstorming ways to make it more valuable than our competitors

2. You have marketing Jv relationship experience..

My requirements are ;

1. you are honest
2. you are willing to invest
3. you are looking for long term ( I have short term partnerships for software launching etc, not the way forward)
4. you have little experience.
5. you work at fast pace( i mean fast!)
6. you are organised.
