Looking for a launch manager - my last software launch won WSOTD

I create plugins and software in the internet marketing niche.

My last launch was a CPA based plugin released on warriorplus (under my partner's account) and it won WSOTD.

I know what the market wants, and I know how to brainstorm from software/plugin ideas that have already done well in the market.

I'm looking for someone who can manage the launch for me - mainly recruiting affiliates.

We'll share profits equally, after we pay the affiliates and we'll both get a copy of the buyers list.

I'm also open to taking a 3rd partner for a particular launch, and sharing profits and list equally.
