100% commissions first month, then 50% recurring commissions every month after

In exchange for promoting the special report club

100% commissions on the 7-day $1 trial offer (which I
already offer my affiliates), and then also 100%
commissions for the first month after the trial expires
and members are charged the $19 fee. Then after
the first month you would earn 50% commissions
each month on all your referrals.

taken to an OTO page which gives them the chance to
skip the $1 trial, pay full price ($19), and in return
