You write the content - I build/fund/rank the website - We split 50/50

Quick rundown:

• I'm damn good at SEO and ranking websites
• I don't particularly enjoy writing content
• I need lots of content for the sites I'm wanting to build (and rank)
• I'm looking to partner with someone who actually likes writing content (no matter the niche)

Here's the model:

Creating authority/review sites (multiple niches) and ranking them on Google for related keywords. Monetized through affiliate links/email lists/etc... Yes, this is an old concept - but it's still working wonders today.

Here's what I need:

I'm looking for someone to collaborate with me to build a lot of websites in specific niches to generate a generous amount of passive income.

You'll be responsible for writing the content for these sites and often times coming up with ideas for more content other than "review" articles.

Here's who I'm looking for:

Basically a clone of myself but someone who likes writing instead of SEOing . But in all seriousness here's the jist...

• I'm not looking for someone to be an "order taker". We're both riding shotgun on this and it'd be awesome if you could take initiative by making suggestions/coming up with new ideas/etc...
  
• You'll be writing a lot of content - so I hope this is something you are not only good at, but you enjoy it as well (previous content writing examples would be a mega plus).
  
• You have experience or at least have an understanding of this type of business model
  
• Copywriting skills would be ideal. I can help with this if needed but I'd rather focus on bringing in more traffic.
  
• You're a chill dude (or dudette).

A little about me:

I'm 26 (in two days). I live in Canada, and yes I like hockey, among other sports/activities (if I could snowboard all day everyday I would). I'm casual and extremely friendly - a strong believer in "The Golden Rule" (do unto others ...yada yada).

I think the internet is the craziest thing and so full of opportunity that you'd be equally as crazy not to take advantage of it while it's still young.
