Web Developer Partnership + Commissions for SET number of time

Hello Guys,

We currently are using WHMCS for all of our client needs and projects. However, we are looking to start a Direct Sales program, where we have account managers/sales reps who are our distribution network. So we need to develop or customized some modules to make this happen.

We need someone who is very versed in WHMCS to be able to help us do this, we are going to include a list of features below:
  • Must be able to assign specific sales rep/account manager to a specific Client Account
  • This must not be able to be changed except by the admin.
  • They need to be able to be assigned a specific commission to the sales rep, based on the total revenue that client brought in that month, this commission will be variable, so will need to be flexible and easy to change.
  • We need to be able to run reports to figure out how much commissions, which rep gets how much commission, etc
  • The Account Rep needs to be able to login and check their commissions at all times
  • This needs to be LIVE and UPDATE in real time, so as a client orders a product/service ti needs to update immediately for the sales rep as well.
  • We use WBTeamProjects, so this needs to work as well, so when we create a new project for the client, the sales rep can see it as well.
  • The commissions and everything need to update with Refunds, Cancelled Orders, etc, so if the client cancels the order it is updated automatically in the system, so the sale rep doesn't get paid for refunds, etc.
  • It is going to a compensation system where sales reps will have other sales reps under them, and they will be able to generate TEAM COMMISSIONS as well, so this needs to be able to be tracked.
  • The sales reps will need to be able to see what their downline (other sales reps under them) are doing as far as sales as well (revenue only, not customers).

Basically we need a developer to help develop a solution for us and we will give a percentage of all the sales we make over a predefined set time. We have been already making $30,000+ per year already, so we already have sales, we are just looking to introduce this and introduce a large sales program into our company.
