Web developer looking for JV Partners for product creations

I have about 15 years developing websites for small business and big corporations,i have experience in ecommerce backends,design,video editing,hosting and anything that has to do with a web presense,im looking for partners that have their own mailing lists,products or something that they can offer to a team,i will take care of the technical/design end.
Open to suggestions
