Newbie needs a JV Partner

I have a website where I get a small amount of traffic as I'm still learning seo. The site is ranking in first page of google for a few terms so far. Niche could be VERY profitable if I had someone to help me with it. Many different monetization ideas. Lists, instructional course etc. Please PM for more details. I've been working on this for some time now and it's my first site/idea/product capable of a substantial income. Just need someone to help guide and possibly a little more.
