JV - Real Estate Niche - Need Marketing Expert

Everyone,

I'm currently working on a specific segment in the real estate field that has a ton of potential since majority on the individuals don't have the marketing or creativity chops to come up with innovative ways to generate leads. I've got a couple of solid ideas to generate leads but it does require someone with an advanced marketing background in every aspect. Essentially I need to partner with someone who can develop paid campaigns (PPC, FB, etc), landing pages, copy, testing, everything else, etc. I'll help on my end with this too since I know a moderate amount.

The other aspect of making this a success is dealing with people offline and brokering deals with individuals. I have a large networking circle in this niche which will make this much more streamlined and successful. It really comes down to generating leads and building offline relationships for those leads. I'll also handle this portion on my end because it's the piece that will make this work.

I'm willing to split the costs of everything with you or even taking on a higher burden of the finances to get this going. The only reason I ask for the other person to put something in financially is strictly for a full buy-in, meaning you need skin in the game so we both take this seriously. I know will take off as long as the other partner is well versed in marketing, please no amateurs or SEO sellers. This is a big ticket return on profit so the ROI will be very lucrative once a system is in place. The idea is scalable and has potential to change the marketplace so it's important we're the first team to bring that innovation to the fore front.

I'm looking for serious individuals, no amateurs, individuals who are open minded or who are motivated and we can act as a solid team to make this a success. I know with the right marketer, this can be a game changer.
