Looking To Start an Affliate From Scratch To Success

I'm a all around knowledgeable person mainly skilled in programmer that learned PHP as the first programming language located in Los Angeles (currently studying game developing). I got hosting, domain names, programming projects that I've done but never marketed. Have some fair knowledge of IM (PPC (facebook, adwords), blogging, seo, ect).
I would like to partner up with someone motivated preferable skilled with content that thinks outside of the box and has some fair knowledge on IM. Main goal is to take our knowledge and combine it together to create an affiliate project from scratch to something. Perhaps a learning experience.
