SEO Expert for JV Split

This niche is in stopping foreclosure. My main marketing technique is pay per click. The last few years I have had a number of sites slapped by Google, and instead of fighting them that my site is relevant, I just get another .com and copy everything. I have 10+ sites pretty much sitting there.

I know enough to get this my site number one for a single keyword :
foreclosure wealth - Google Search
But am very much a notice, and lack the time to learn and implement things effectively

The JV would be a split of all profits with Google Adsense, the thank you page offer ($6 to you for each submit) and half of all the autoresponder submits (There are 10 days of emails). I will also pay $5 for every foreclosure application that get submitted whether I can profit from it or not.

I am looking for a long term person for these because the foreclosure market is not going anywhere anytime soon.

PS I have over 20 mortgage sites just sitting there also that can be worked the exact same way ... I would just have to determine how much to pay you for every submission.

PPS If you are curious on what you could make for your work involved. Application conversions are at 15%, Google Adsense clicks are at 12%+ at $2/per, thank you page submit is 15%+. So as an average 1,000 visitors would get 150 applications (5x150=$750), 120 Adsense Clicks (2x120=$240x50%=$120), the thank you page would get 22 applications (22x6=$132) or a total of a little over $1,000 excluding autoresponder follow ups.

You mention that you just set up another site and copy it. Every worry about dup content? How do you market or get traffic? Do you write articles? Do you focus on blogs ... need more info. PM me.

Pretty much all my traffic is from Pay Per Click with the goal to capture the lead. I do have plenty of content I can spread out among the sites, but focus on what I do best, which is playing the PPC game.
