Looking for a technical software/web developer for an exciting profitable project

I am looking for a 50/50 or 60/40 business partner... ( I will invest also)

Mainly looking to launch a software as a service (SAAS) company...
I have idea's etc competitor analysis information..

just little background over me..

Launching several software and plugins... internally
on the warrior forum, to my list and partners list..

including jv fuel plugin, traffic jam explosion, launched video courses,
presented webinars,.. dont wanna go crazy, so you kinda know lil bit
about me.. my skills range from;

1. sales funnels and optimization
2. jv recruitment
3. sales copy ( learnt from john carlton, vin montello few others( but i prefer to use my other skills and knownledge rather then copy writing...
