Looking For Partners for Mastermind Group Coaching Podcast and Workshop
Warriors I am putting together a training workshop geared towards newbies. I will need some experienced marketers who can do some 30 minute training calls and some 30 minute Q&A calls. I will also need a couple people who can assist as community moderators and also to help book guest speakers for the podcasts.
This will be an introduction to a decent coaching program with a monthly membership and commission. I am not creating products but simply communities or platforms for a few leverged affiliate memberships. It would be helpful if the experienced marketers are members or owners of a monthly coaching membership or can join a membership program. This way they would receive monthly commissions from members.
The cost will be low for these programs and affordable for struggling newbies. The newbies can form a co-operative alliance or mastermind group and focus their collective promotional and marketing efforts on the coaching memberships as a group and a few other marketing tools with small commissions.
The main goal is to provide a means to generate some quick startup capital through the initial commissions and then to fund their own marketing efforts for their specific niches. This may take a few weeks to gain some momentum so the commissions from the IM and MMO niche would bring in quick funds and boost their confidence.
The effect of their combined marketing efforts would increase if they marketed one product or a suite of products as a group rather than their own individual niche products.
The actual classes wouldn't necessarily require any ground breaking killer secrets and techniques. There is tons of free info right here on the forum or just info gleaned from Google searches. The difference would be the community effect and accountability from experienced mentors. The credibility from experienced marketers is crucial as well. Any mastermind group without successful mentors and leaders will have a weaker effect.
The coaching will not be one on one. This will be group coaching.
Small groups are much more manageable and effective.
The time commitment is low also. 30 minute lessons or classes. A 30 min Q&A session for any troubleshooting, problems or hangups.
Daily work schedule and work assignments.
Recorded training for those who may miss class times.
A helpful community they can consult for problems or just association, encouragement and comaraderie.
Belonging to a mastermind group or alliance.
The group sizes would be limited to about 25 or 30 at a time. The mid term goal is about 600 students or so. The long term focus would then shift to niche products for each member. The coaching memberships would continue to be promoted by members but they would then have thriving incomes from their niche businesses. The members would then be encouraged to teach others and become certified coaches themselves if they would prefer.
The workshop would typically last about 13 weeks or 90 days. The first 4 weeks would be the most aggressive period. There would be about 5 lessons each week for the first 4 weeks. It would be preferable to rotate guest speakers or coaches to do one hour per week which would require a minimum of 5 guest speakers.
The remaining 9 weeks would have just one training call per week. This may be for several hundred on the line. There may also be calls for smaller teams as people progress and have their own little mini groups.
The lessons will be recorded but the work assignments would need to be completed by the students so they can progress. If some students quit or run into major problems there's not much anyone can do in that case. We will be running new classes or concurrent classes probably bi-weekly. This will replace or add to everyone's income during the classes. That's why our target number is about 600 students.
I have another outsourcing product I am working on that will be an original product creation a few months down the line. These advanced students or anyone else for that matter will have an opportunity to use those services at that time if they would like to.
That's pretty much the gist of it. I have some details on class subjects and course curriculum on a couple blog posts from last year. These are older course so the new classes will be slightly different. The new courses are primarily social media marketing, search engine marketing, free classifieds, video marketing and relationship marketing.
