Looking for an affiliate Manager

We have a new affiliate program where we pay each affiliate 25% commissions.

I would be willing to pay up to 20% commissions to an affiliate manager which would leave me only with 5% profits. (50% go to company to cover operating costs, etc)

Your job would be to recruit, manage, and train the affiliates with my help.

Sending emails to websites, posting the affiliate offer on forums, etc.

Affiliates can be offline as well with many local stores that would love a secondary income stream or just adding it to their merchandise could make multiple sales a day.

Hi! Could I have more details about the offer please. Will this be a short term project or you are coming up with more products?
