Slightly Different JV Offer

I have recently completed a "barter" deal with another company in exchange for several thousands pounds worth of geo targeted B2B and/or B2C advertising that can be used through a select few different companies who are in the the medium of local offline magazines,targeted fax blasting and leaflet drop.

I am looking for the right person/company from the UK to JV 50/50 (no investment needed) with me long term on the development of a business marketing yet to be defined IM services to offline businesses.

My plan is to build the business around the use of specialist outsourcers from the Phillipines from where i already employ two on a fulltime basis.

My role will be to fund the business through the advertising mentioned above,generate the enquiries and also the managing of the outsourcing employment. I would also be responsible for training and setting of tasks to be done, liasing with each outsourcer through to the completion of each task assigned.

The person i'm looking to JV with would have the skills necessary for building of a website for the facilitation of our service and be responsible for following up what i envisage to be a quite a considerable amount of enquiries for "whatever services" are decided that should be offered by ourselves.

My JV partner will also be responsible for quoting these enquiries, face to face, and/or through telephone or email, to obtain new and hopefully long term clients. He/She will also prepare an exact brief from the client of their requirements, in a format that is ready to be assigned to the outsourcer.
