I have a question about your 'Super Traffic Method'. I have twice contacted your help desk at HelpmeKris.com, and skyped you with no response from either method. I can't PM you as I don't have the required 50 posts necessary to do so.

I have left a couple of messages now requesting assistance but have received virtually no response. I entered two tickets to your helpdesk that went unanswered, Skyped you, one request here (above) which you acknowledged asking me to write to you directly for a prompt response. This I did five days days ago but have still received no answer. I wrote again yesterday asking for a refund as I cannot get any response to my questions, and have not received a reply to that.

Please refund my money.
