Last night I gave my first presentation to a group of local small business owners at a chamber of commerce workshop. I have been asked to speak again in a couple of weeks and expect to start getting business off the back of these seminars.

I need to find a reliable supplier of IM services for everything from web design to copy and article writing, traffic generation, social media, video, etc, etc.

The UK market is very different from the US, which is why I'm only interested in UK suppliers.

Hiya,

I'm not aware of anyone. Largely because I'm not a fan of outsourcing - I prefer to take staff on directly. Why - because when the ball gets dropped, and it will, you need someone who will sort it out.

To often - I've found outsourcers get slack, bored or walk away and I can't afford to upset big clients.

Having said all of that, if you find someone who offers these services - let me know!

I'm in a similar position to you, I have found plenty of designers through this forum - and if you look around you can find people to provide the other services, all at a decent price.

It may take you a while to get the right mix of people, and also to keep them happy. (That's an art in itself).

Are you looking for a group of people you can outsource to OR an company which will do it all for you?

There seems to be a gap in the market for in an all-in-one type solution in the UK.

I'd like to be able to hire staff but that's a huge overhead for someone just starting out as a consultant.

Perhaps both. Agreed, there are lots of talented people on here but bringing them all together and managing it could be a headache.

I want to be speaking to business owners and aligning their business goals with an online marketing plan, then handing over the grunt work to a 'team'.

Do you have Skype?

I know there are a few companies you can outsource things like traffic generation to, and they do everything!

If you want something more bespoke though, then hiring someone may be an idea!
