Looking for 3-5 JV Partners

I'm searching for a few partners to participate in a test launch on 12/1/09 for a multi-media course in the parenting market. The niche is to parents who have difficulty controlling their child's behavior.

5) Any other fair arrangement you can think of

Ideally you have a list of customers or subscribers that have made a purchase of some type of parenting product in the past.
