Need JV for a project that has a promising future

Hi,

I have started a new website List of hotels in the world - WikiHotels . It is basically a wikipedia type website where people can come and share information about hotels.

Some background info:

There are around 500 million searches made for hotels every month only in Google so it is a very big market and need. Travel is something which is well paid in the CPC adsense and affiliate marketing.

While there are many travel sites on the internet there is almost none which caters specifically for hotels.

I am kind of stuck with my life cause of ill health and lack of money so i am finding it difficult to get going with the project. I thought of selling this site but then i did nt wanted to because this site is a result of lot of research and brainstorming.

So im lookin for someone who might be interested in this kind of a project or has experience with wiki based site. I might transfer the ownership to you if i get good money for it.

Sorry for being broad with the whole proposition BUT i am not sure how to go about it.. if you get any ideas or feel interested in this project kindly let me know how we can take this ahead.

	Are you finding it too difficult to get your site ranked on first page? I know that building backlinks is not easy. Let me help you
