JV on email marketing?

Greeting--

I admit i am new to email marketing, no much clue how to make money from it except that I knew people are making money from it.

I believe I have different ways to generate email, just not very clear how to monetize it. To give you some ideas:

--My team have been developing software for long time, we used to do co-reg with another company, so what we got was one time fee on rev.share basis, but we didn't get to keep the email through co-reg process, our partner company did.

--My team have been promote digital stuff in p2p network, we used to monetize that by either adware, or co-reg.

--We also developed seveal popular mobile softwares, so i believe i can generate email there.

--I have other resource i can share with interested /potential partner.

So anyone who have experience monetize email list, interested in cooperation?

Another question I always have --- what kind of CPM an experienced email marketer can achieve?

I don't currently have list... blame myself for ignorance of its potential. But as I said above, I have differnet way to generate the list. I am looking for someone who has patience to go through this process (email collection--> monetization --> reinvest in email collection) with my team

We have a lot of fresh can-spam compliant email data and good relationships with affiliate networks. If you have the ability to deliver decent volume then I'm sure we can find a way to make you some money.
