HOT New Clickbank product to be released - Need a Designer/Marketer to partner with

I'm currently developing an in demand Clickbank product and I need the right person to partner up with. I don't want to disclose too many details, but here is the general info.

It is geared to newbies and intermediate IMers
It is an advanced PHP script that fulfills a definite need

Is this product in demand? YES! Their are 2 major competitors on Clickbank offering similar products for ~ $100. My product offers FAR MORE functionality than either of these products, and also it is more adapted to current IM trends. Also, I'm willing to sell it for $60 min. It is a clear cut winner when compared to the competition.

I'm maniacal about my work, and I will be done within 3 weeks - with or without a partner.

What I need:
A few pages designed for the script itself (very simple).
The Pitch Page. (I can produce videos to integrate into the page)
Marketing help.

This is CRAZY, but I'm willing to split 50/50 with the right person. I believe in this product completely, I know the value of great marketing, and I know that it will generate huge revenue for all parties involved.

    Hey Jimbo,

    There are a few things wrong with your JV request, but one thing which jumped out was the 50/50 deal you're proposing. If you're sticking a product up on Clickbank, it's pretty much a given that you'll be giving away at least 50% to affiliates. So that leaves 50%.

    And another thing: instead of looking for a designer/marketer, you should be looking for a designer and a marketer.

      I thought it would go without saying that it would be a 50% split of the profit generated, but I suppose I should have specified.

      The designer aspect doesn't really matter that much to me. There really isn't that much to do as far as design goes. The Dashboard of the App is already designed. Really just some nominal things need done within the script (a few templates for automated landing pages) and then the pitch page.
      The marketing is really what is of paramount importance. If someone has the skills to do both, great! If not, I can outsource the design.

        See, "50/50" gives the impression that each person will own 50% of everything. Right now, you're proposing a 50/25/25...but anyway...
