JOINT VENTURES

NOTE: Unfortunately I'm forced to put this project on the back-burner. I was initially delighted by the response from people who expressed an interest in providing me with fresh plr material to put on the site, but the cold reality is that 99% of them have flaked and no longer reply to my follow up emails.

I'm most certainly not canceling - I've purchased the domain name and done the initial site set-up - but I also need to return some time and effort to other projects of my own. I'll give it a while, then promote participation again and see what happens.

A Proposition For Good Writers Only

I am currently putting together a brand new PLR website and I'm looking for a few really top-notch article writers to produce on-going, fresh content on good, sought after niches.

Together we will market and sell bundles of PLR articles, PLR reports and ebooks and PLR courses.

These will all be marketed in strictly limited quantities via the website AND occasionally as WSO's to quickly build a good customer base.

100 of each bundle / item will be available and then it will be marked as sold out.

I currently expect prices to be:

Articles (10): $10
Reports/ebooks (each): $20
Courses (each): $15

The author will receive 75% of all his/her sales totals via PayPal at the end of each month. I will retain 25% to cover website costs, promotion, work etc. I shall also be making money from the content that I will be adding myself

My only criteria is that English MUST be the contributing writers' native language. The content MUST BE UNIQUE, with no spelling or grammar errors. I want to quickly establish this website as THE place to go for great PLR.

I look forward to hearing from you. Remember, 10 well written articles on a popular niche could quickly earn you $750 !!!

Hopefully updates will be continual. I'm a writer myself and I'll be adding content all the time, plus content from jv contributors. This won't be a membership site - rather, I plan on gathering email addresses from visitors and customers and email them every time new content is added. I shall also be offering some packages as WSO's.

  Absolutely. I've had a lot of people contact me to "test the waters", but only a handful so far have actually committed to promising me batches of articles.

  How about authors setting their own limit on sales? 40 bundles? 50? 60? I don't want to sell more than a 100 bundles on any subject though and the split will remain 75% (author) 25% (me).

  Just a heads up that one of the three e-mails I sent yesterday was just bounced back. Let me know if you got the other two. I have an ecourse done for Home Exercise and I am committing to a pack of articles for 4 topics and another ecourse by next Friday. Hey peoples,

I just wanted to throw out there that Anne was quick to reply once we figured out the bug going on. I'm pumped about this opportunity and you should be too if you are interested in writing! To me, getting 75% is an awesome deal considering that I won't have to do any promotions. Get signed up and let's beef up our content so we can start rolling out these packs!

  Thanks for the "push" Amie. I now have several people who have promised me content, but I'm a little disappointed by the "tire kickers" ... who ask for tons of information, show a lot of interest in specific niches, then just vanish. Come on guys, as Amie says, surely 75% is a good deal, especially in this economy.
  
  Upon reflection, those who have vanished did so after I mentioned that initially I would protect myself by passing all submitted content through CopyScape. Hmmm, my own question answered I suppose :-)

  In my experience you want to weed out tire kickers and procrastinators YESTERDAY. Saves you money on Excedrin. lol!
