Looking for Content Authors for My Tutorial Webiste...

I'm rapidly building up the content on my computer help website and I'm looking for authors who would be interested in writing short, original content articles in exchange for a link back to their site.
The idea is that you would write an article in a subject area where you are an expert, but which also is the focus of your website...
For example, if you run a website about Virtualization (a hot adsense topic as we all know), you could write an beginner virtualization article for my site, that links to your site. When the user reads your article and wants to learn more about virtualization, they will head to your site as the more definitive resource.
I'm willing talk about other ways that we can help each other out, and I appreciate your interest.
