Part Developed Software - Partner Required

I've part developed a software application that counts and graphs the visitors on DigitalPoint over time. The user can enter the forum they want to counts stats for, enter the sampling timescale (e.g. 14 days) and the sampling rate (e.g every 15 minutes). The software then scrapes DigitalPoint at the required times and produces graphs like the one shown below. I'm looking to commercialize this further and sell it. I'm looking for a partner who wants to JV with me on the project. - pm me and let me know what you can bring to the venture!

    May I ask what the purpose of why someone would want to know these stats for? I am looking to invest into more projects with 50%+ partnership. I came across yours, but first need to know why exactly would someone want to use this. Please let me know, I must be missing something.
