RentMyTube uses a unique contract system. As an advertiser you search by keyword/niche. You will then be presented with Publishers who will allow you to advertise on their description space. You can playback the video, view all its details, cost per contract, and max characters for the content you wish to advertise.

HOW DO I PROFIT FROM RENT MY TUBE?

RentMyTube allows publishers to rent the description space of their YouTube videos. This is done with our contract system. You can set the length of time for the contract, the max characters for the description, and the amount of money you wish to receive as profit when the contract is completed. These payments are made to you via PayPal after admin approval(usually same day).

I think you may want to check on the legality of this I don't think you can do this and it could end you up in serious trouble this is not the best thing to hit IM that is for sure

Ouch. From the looks of the TOS I believe your idea is not viable. Too bad... it's actually brilliant.

If I were you I would get a sound legal opinion on it first. You never know what's possible by making a few small changes to your concept.

You really do have a million dollar idea here. Hope it works out for you.

Ken thank you for believing in this idea indeed.

We have lots of legal insight from many different lawyers throughout the world (including where my partner lives in the UK).

No 'sale' or monetary world currency is exchanged between any party for the use of advertising on YouTube.

We do however state very clearly that an ad can be modified or changed/removed by YouTube at anytime (which is the case anyways all the time)

Once fully launched our TOS will go over this all in plainsight with no hidden agenda.
