Unusual JV-Proposal For Merchant Account Owners

I'm looking to speak with merchant account owners, preferably UK or US based.
I have an idea for a JV proposal, if you're interested and if it is possible.
My name is Marc Milburn and I'm preparing to launch a brand new, unique Micro-Continuity website in a very profitable self-improvement niche.
The website is almost entirely ready to go with a video squeeze page, free+shipping offer sales page and follows up with a 24 week membership programme. The membership programme is 6 months x $47 per month.
So where do you come in?
Well, I intend to launch this site in the next 7 days and I've set the order form up with 1ShoppingCart. However, I'm unable to currently set up a merchant account with which to accept payments.
So, I'm looking for someone with a merchant account/payment gateway which is compatible with 1shoppingcart. I'd like to hook my 1ShoppingCart account to send any payments to your merchant account and we can strike a deal where you can send the moneys forward to my bank account. In exchange for your help, you can keep a percentage of all sales.
I'll be tracking the sales and orders through 1ShoppingCart and will know how much to expect to receive
This is a really difficult time for me as I can't get my own merchant account and have this very lucrative launch ready to go.
I really don't want to use PayPal for this, I'm expecting quite a high number of sales/revenue and I don't like their recurring billing system.
