JV in IM NICHE- looking for JV with someone writing "How to" IM info.

I'm looking for a JV with people in the IM niche.
I have a keyword membership site, that provides the very best in valuable keywords.
I'm looking for a JV with someone who is writing "how to's "
e.g. how to make a webpage
how to generate backlinks.
basically all the other stuff that occurs after my members get there keywords.
This could be a full course or just one section of the process.
Similar to angelas backlinks, I can provide sales info or free products to my members each month.
