Hi Kristi, would it be ok if I outsource the article writing and blog posting? I am going to start a full time job so I might not have the time for that. And also, if I already installed a blog, would that be a problem?

I am currently in the process of setting up my online venture which revolves around the theme of health and wealth. I know it's pretty broad and untargeted but I think in this way it can serve a wider array of audiences.

My site is still in the works as well as an ebook which is already written but pending a 3d cover design and sales page. Besides that, I satisfy most of your requirements except for 4, 7 and 8 which can be easily resolved once I get site indexed and tasks outsourced.

It would be great for me if I can JV with someone like you who have a proven system of advertising and selling online. So, let me know if I stand a chance to qualify as your JV partner.

No. I haven't even come to terms with one yet. The first contact seems to have disappeared. I haven't heard from them after the first two PMs.

Ken was the 2nd contact and he hasn't PM'd me yet so he may no longer be interested.

The third contact is proposing that he is passionate about car and truck loans and can write an article every day on that subject. I'm challenging him to tell me about his interest in that subject. Someone really passionate about any subject can talk your ear off about it. It's possible to be passionate about car and truck loans, but it's so unlikely that if you propose that as your passion, I'm going to challenge you on it.

So if you can write about your passion daily and are interested in the other terms of the JV, then PM me. I'm still trying to find three people.

Update: I have one JV partner all set up and running now.

Another did the disappearing act. Another backed out when I didn't buy that he was passionate about car and truck loans.

I'm still looking for at least one more JV partner on this and maybe two.

I think it is the ultimate JV for someone with a passion and writing skills who might otherwise drown in all of the details of running a business (traffic generation, software maintenance, Information Technology concerns, HTML, PHP, copywriting, multivariate testing, product creation, access control, databases, autoresponders, etc). I'll handle all of those tasks. You just need to be passionate about something that can be monetized and be willing and able to write about it daily.

It is probably NOT the right opportunity for a lot of other people. The only way we can find out is if you drop me a PM so we can explore it together. The worse that can happen is that you'll receive a PM from me saying "I don't think we can work together. Good luck in your future endeavors."

Apparently I need to clarify the requirements of this JV. Those I have been working with to try to set up the JV seem to misunderstand every requirement. Let me give more detail about what I do NOT mean:

Here is what you will provide in this JV:

1. A registered and hosted domain on a cpanel, plesk or ensim powered host.

This doesn't mean an "add on domain." It doesn't mean a domain that is used for something else and you'll provide a folder for this project. It means an exclusively registered and individually hosted domain. There will be nothing else other than our project on this domain.

2. A passion for some profitable niche (tell me your niche in your PM to me... no IM niches! dating, forex, stock options, bodybuilding, weight loss, diet, beauty, marriage, scrapbooking, etc are great.).

Passion means passion. It means that is the subject you always steer the conversation towards during dinner conversations. You can write about it endlessly. You sometimes annoy your friends and family by talking about this topic too much. If you didn't have a job, you would be doing this thing most of the day or researching it, reading about it, watching videos about it, planning to do it, and all of the other things that go along with a passion. Your ideal job would be to do something associated with this interest.

3. Your own Clickbank affiliate account.

By "affiliate" account, I mean the normal free account for Clickbank. You don't have to be a Clickbank vendor. Just sign up and have an account name. I don't need your Clickbank password for this JV. I only need your Clickbank affiliate ID so I can put up links to Clickbank products using your affiliate ID. You'll be paid the commissions. Then at the end of the month, you pay me half of what you earned.

4. Your own Google Adsense account.

Same as for #3. I don't need your password. I just need your publisher ID so Adsense can be placed in the blog posts if it will be profitable. It hasn't been profitable for most sites, but we do need your publisher ID to test it for your site.

5. Your own PayPal account. You don't have to trust me with money. All earnings from our JV will be going directly to you and you will then pay me my 50% at the end of each month.

Products and services are being sold on the JV site via PayPal. I just need your PayPal email address. I don't need your PayPal password. Your PayPal email address will be used to create payment buttons for those products and services. At the end of the month, you will pay me half of what sold via PayPal.

6. The ability to write at least one article per day Monday-Friday excluding holidays on the topic of the niche of your own passion (the niche that matches the above domain).

Write means write. It doesn't mean to purchase PLR articles or repurpose content from an existing blog or to rewrite articles taken from Ezine Articles. It doesn't mean outsourcing article writing to a third world country.

If you can write and you are passionate about a subject then you will have no problem writing an article per day on that subject. If you need to use PLR or repurposed content, then this JV isn't for you. It is for people with a passion who can write.

The article lengths don't matter although then do need to be articles and not blurbs. By definition, an article has a minimum length of something like 700 words and a maximum length of about 5000 words. If you have to count words, then this JV isn't for you. You should able to write effortlessly about your passion and it shouldn't be a burden that would make you want to count words to get to that bare minimum of 700. If an article comes in a little short at 600 or 550 words one day and that is the right length for that article, that's fine. The word count doesn't matter. The passion and the ability to write matters.

7. The ability and willingness to post that article on the blog that will be running on your domain.

I haven't had any misunderstandings on this one yet. Hopefully that is clear enough.

8. The ability and willingness to submit that article to at least three different syndication web-sites every day.

It doesn't matter the syndication sites. There are thousands on the web. Just mix it up and submit the latest article to three every day. If you run out of sites that are easily found, you will remember a competing author or two that you keep running into as you posted to the first couple thousand syndication sites. Search for their name. They know how to find article sydication sites. When you search for their name, you will see where they submitted their articles.

9. The ability and willingness to respond to comments left on your blog.

I haven't had any misunderstandings on this one. Hopefully it is clear.

10. The ability and willingness to pay me 50% of the Clickbank, Adsense and PayPal earnings from the domain you own and we are working on together.

All of the earnings go to your accounts so you don't have to trust me with the money. The software is also tracking the most important payments in the process of providing the products and services that are being sold. So I will have knowledge of how much was earned. So I don't have to trust you very much either. I'll know if you short changed me at the end of the month.

Trust is an issue with most JVs with strangers. This is how I structured this JV so that we didn't have to worry about trust. The money comes to your accounts first so you don't have to trust me. I still have to trust you to pay me, but if you don't... then we part ways and you don't have the opportunity to use the software to earn more money.

It is minutia to the person I am looking for. The question never came up for the two ideal candidates that I am now working with. As I said, you aren't an ideal candidate. The ideal candidate doesn't want to worry about those things. They want to write about their passion and focus on that.

Focus is incredibly important to success. For those with a passion and writing skills, this can be the perfect JV for them to be able to focus on their strengths and forget about all of the other tasks that it takes to run a successful online buisness.

You aren't that person. Your focus isn't on writing and your passion. It is on list building. That's great. But that means you aren't a candidate for this JV.

The writer has full access to the list upon termination. My terms were clear and transparent.

At termination, my software is removed, but the writer retains access to everything they built. If they care about the list (which neither one of the JVs I have set up even care), then they still have it in a text file on their site at termination.

I don't care about any list other than the buyers list myself. The buyers list is in the PayPal account of the writer, so I am certainly not depriving them of that data.

The candidates for this JV are focused on their passion and on writing, not on list building. List building is your focus, not theirs and not mine.

Posting here implying that this JV is fraudulent is trolling. Your admitted goal is to try to convince others that this is a fraudulent JV. You are doing that with lies and implications that are false. That is the definition of trolling.

This JV isn't for people who are obsessed with lists. If you are obsessed with lists, then move along to the next JV. I'm sure you'll find a lot of JVs that are meant for people obsesses with lists.

Nobody is going to violate any CAN-SPAM laws or any other laws. We aren't autoblogging like another troll tried to imply. I'm not trying to trick authors into building a list for me. Our sites aren't even geared toward list building. The signup box is buried way down at the bottom of the page after the footer. My average buyer to subscriber rate is two to one. I don't care about freebie seeker subscribers and have no intention on stealing anything from anyone.

My benefits are during the JV. After the JV, I simply take my software and go home. It is my intention to continue the JV as long as possible, but I always build a termination clause into any JV. That is all my termination clause says. My software is removed. It doesn't say anything about me stealing lists or anything else. In fact, it clearly states that the author gets to keep EVERYTHING they created. They just don't get to keep my software.

This JV is for people who are obsessed with writing about their passion and want to make money doing that without worrying about all of the minutia.

It is a proven system that earned the average person who posted once a day for at least 30 days an average of $402/month. I don't have data yet for anything after the first month, but I'm sure that number will improve. I want writers who are passionate about subject other that my own passions for a JV in order to grow faster. I was very transparent about my reasons in my original JV post. They haven't changed.

Now please stop trolling this post. You have already been turned down and your obsession with lists has nothing to do with this JV. It is your obsession, not mine and not the obsession of the ideal candidate.
