I am the Affiliate Manager for Thomas Kish and Cash Flow Experts.biz. Thomas Kish is the creator of "The Ultimate Real Estate Investor's Guide" and "Shortcut To Money Secrets".

Cash Flow Experts niche is business credit. We offer a home study course, coaching and training on how to get up to $300,000 in business credit that can be used for any purpose.

I'm not sure if this is the type of JV you will be interested in, but I have launched an exciting new offer to small business owners based upon over twenty years as a consultant. I have taken what I charged $350 an hour for and turned it into a monthly subscription service at $147 a month. I am looking for a JV partner with access to the business owner niche to promote this to their list. I am willing to pay 1/3 of gross revenue each month for every subscriber provided by the JV. This means $4900 per 100 subscribers for the life of the subscriber on the system. Look at Joel Shapiro's MAGIC and let me know if this fits.
