      As a freelancer my question would be why would I pay these prices when I can search job listings for free where the cost is to the person wanting the work done and not to me as someone who is looking for work? If a freelancer is making enough to afford to place ads for work then they are already a known freelancer and would have their own markets developed and growing their name.
