Split Profits JV Deal

I've recently bought about 80 domains names and lots of hosting to build adsense content sites. The thing is I'm way more busy than I thought with my other projects so I had an idea. I'm gonna make an offer for someone to take control of one of the sites.

I'll pay for the hosting, the domain and we can split any profits.

This is especially geared for anyone that doesn't have the cash ready to make their own site and purchase hosting, etc. I thought this would be a great opportunity for someone who's been reading up on the forum to put some of their knowledge to use.

The domain is .com for a kitchen product, the search term gets 60,500 hits (broad) and 3600 (exact) in Google every month. The site currently sits on the 2nd page of Google without any seo. There doesn't seem to be any competition from any other marketers either.

About splitting the profits. We could say, I'll put my adsense up and you can put Amazon affiliate links and other affiliate links for the product OR the other way around. I'll let you decide.

I hope this doesn't sound too good to be true or anything like that. The truth is I probably will never get around to making the site if I didn't do it this way.

    First, a little bit about me. I'm a web programmer and general technology geek and I've been looking at getting in to internet marketing. I've been reading tons of posts but don't yet have an idea where to start. I came across your post and I think we could make a real good deal.

    I've got a lot of time in the evenings that I plan to spend on IM. The thing I don't have a lot of is ideas, but if you just bought 80 domains, it sounds like you've got more ideas than you know what to do with.

    So I've got the technical know-how (and a tiny bit of graphic design skills) and the time to help you get some ideas off the ground. I like the idea of splitting adsense/amazon on the page, too.

    Hi,

    I was surprised no-one answered so I just went ahead and made the site myself. Got around 15 backlinks so far, all related, including one .edu. Loaded it up with Adsense and Amazon links. It only took me about 2 hours.

    Thanks for your reply though. I've got 3 more I want to start work on straight away. I'm gonna set up the hosting and I'll get in touch later.

    Just gonna explain what I'm after in case the first email didn't make it clear.

    I've already got the domains and hosting setup.

    I'm just after someone to build the sites, do seo for them and keep them updated. In return you can put ALL the adsense, aff links, etc and we'll split the profits - you can pay me via Paypal.

    This isn't a quick fix, I'm looking for someone to work with for the long term or as long as you want to.
