My sites, I onsite SEO, you offsite SEO, you get 70%

Yes, you could do the whole thing by yourself and make 100%, but if setting up sites is not your niche, let me know.

I will Install wordpress, and set up all the plug in's. If you have fresh content, I can set up WP robot, or use WP-O-Matic, and we can mix random posts with fresh content
I will install and set up the SEO pack, along with changing the actual coding on the pages to make it even more onsite SEO happy.
I will create static pages based on all the relating keyword in the niche, have them SEO'd, set up dynamic linking for each page, and have random content displyed on each. For example there are over 6,000 colleges in the USA, we could tag "scholarships" to each college and make a page out of it.
Each site can have a auto responder set up (With aweber) to gain subscribers.
I am not good at site design, but we can get as fancy as needed with additional scripts & plug ins for the site.

We can have Adsense on each site, but also most all niches have some kind of pay per lead program that would fit. We could link to those offers, iframe them, have a hover over offer or etc. I have tons of unique offers that we can get paid on with our anyone having to actually buy anything.

I know the off site SEO is a bigger pain, and a daily task to be done correctly. Obviously I can help with some stuff so I am not just setting up the site and never doing anything on it again, but just lack the time to really do everything correctly. This is why you will get 70% of all revenue generated. If you start kicking a$$, I'll pay you more.

I have a reseller account, so I can get as many sites as needed for the price of the domain name.

Let me know if you have any questions, your experience/game plan, and the amount of sites you could effectively handle.

Oh ... you get paid when I get paid. On some lead offers pay out daily, or weekly.

    Could you please re-explain what dynamic linking is. I am a bit behind the time and that term means something completely different.

    Look at the post by priyankeshu sounds like there may be a match for you two.

    Dynamic linking may be a bad term. Basically if a site has 6,000 pages, I randomly rotate 50 links at the bottom of each page to get all the pages get spidered.

    I wrote priyankeshu, but you and I both know a lot of JV's do not work out so am looking for multiple options/people.

    So hold up there. I provide the unique content. I do the heavy lifting of off site SEO. You control the sites, the payments received and when and if I get payment?

    And your asking to know the experience level of the partner you would get? LOL

    Who in the world do you think has any experience that is going to go for you being on the hook to provide that little and you controlling the purse strings? You are really underrating the intelligence of people on this forum.

    What you claim you can provide can be outsourced in a days or two's work and for relatively little money. You aren't bringing enough to the table to even request 2% and definitely not enough to be the one doing the paying out.

    Never said you would be supplying the content, and it is not like offsite SEO is rocket science either that cannot just be outsourced for a little money also.

    The point of a JV is to start working together on a project to combine experiences. I could outsource, or see if there is a chance to build a partnership.

    I have been doing seven figures for years because of partnerships and everyone has always gotten paid. Many times before I did. Before you start LOL'ing someone, and saying I am insulting peoples intelligence, you might learn a little about them.
