I have been reviewing everyone's JV offers and decided to present one myself.
I have developed a Canadian foreclosure (or power of sale as we call it) e-product ready for a database of 20,000+ very interested buyers. I have launched an EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP site. I have the name, domain, WP Wishlist but the website design is not the greatest. Unfortunately, I never settle for anything less than the best and this is why I am here.
I have the knowhow to build the sites, market them, optimize them but I require some serious Membership/Affiliate expertise. I make serious income off this database by selling them real estate properties. Now, I'd like to take it to the next level and create residual income from my online presense. I would like to employ the expertise of someone that this before and successfully.
Therefore, I am looking for the design and technical implementation of a membership site. I am offering the daily production and delivery of the product (this is a long term relationship and doesn't exist in the Canadian market as such) , I bring the SEO knowledge and I offer 40-60%% of the profits. I also intend to deliver this across each Province separately and make available an affiliate opportunity through the normal channels.
I expect a 5% signup of 20,000. The price I intend to offer the product is $97.00 per month with a whole lot of bonuses and incentives.
