JV for Finance/Investment Website Looking to Share 50% with Someone

I have an investment website that allows people to meet with others for certain purposes. I have a nice chunk of highly targeted traffic entering every month, but the website is only monetized via Adsense. I would like to create a partnership with someone who can help me redesign the website into a sqeeze / page and perhaps sales page to sell products / services that meet these potential users needs. I have done extensive SEO and am getting a lot of great traffic that can lead to some nice cash flow.
