Seeking Affiliate Manager

I'm ready to bring on an Affiliate Manager to develop my affiliate center and bring in JV partners.

At the moment, I have 2 products in Clickbank - a $47 product and a $300 product. My biggest competitor in Clickbank is making approximately 100 sales a DAY (that's about 3,000 sales a month). This is due to their very active affiliates and the affiliate center they've created for their affiliates.

The products I sell are exceptional - virtually no refunds (except for a couple of people that thought they were getting a physical product... they didn't notice that it's digital).

I've had a number of successful internet marketers tell me that the $47 product alone has the capability of creating a 6 figure a year income.

I'm willing to train the right person, but you must have Internet Marketing knowledge. You must also have excellent management skills and be familiar with Clickbank. Of course a reliable, fast internet connection is required (must be able to view videos) and a reliable computer. (Mac preferred but not necessary.)

This will be a contractual position for no less than 6 months. The reason for the contract is because I recognize that the higher revenue will be generated after a few months of work, and it's important that you are able to see the fruits of your labor :-) Alternatively it's important to the growth of my business that I find someone who will stick with this once they get the ball rolling.

I'm offering a portion of the affiliate profits generated, which means the more time and effort you put into developing the affiliate program, the more sales will be generated and the more you will make.

Need to start ramping things up - looking for the perfect Affiliate Manager. With all the white collar workers who are out of work, I'm confident I'll have lots of interest. I'll be happy to answer questions and give more information once I narrow the selection down to the "cream of the crop".
