Thank you to everyone who has responded... I'll be tied up for a day or two then will get on the case. Each interview plus audio edits, site edits and video production etc takes me between one and two days.

Because the response has been very good to this offer it'll take me a while to get it all done (assuming everyone has an exciting story to tell)... The most important thing for me is to provide great content to my list.

But I will get back to everybody ASAP.

Hi Mark,

I'm open to suggestions. Intially I've been targeting IM and self improvement, but would like to diversify.

The most important thing is to be able to entertain the listeners with a great success story, whatever it may be... Something they can relate to. If you have a success story then we are off to a flying start.

For instance, tomorrow I'm interviewing Adam Christing, who is a successful comedian, magician, internet marketer, event booker, author and film-maker.... That's an exciting combination.

He also has a great product with an affiliate scheme, so this is the sort of thing which gets me excited.

Hi Norman, this might be something I might be interested, time permitting. I could talk about how I got out of my old industry and jumped into internet marketing. Which is my passion. There was only ever going to be one way for me, and that was to work online and nothing else (Follow your dreams and make it happen). I could discuss how I learned PHP, mySQL in order to develop my own IM / SEO products and systems to sell to other IM's. I could also talk about my methods and strategies of driving traffic and creating sales funnels.

Anything which inspires listeners to productivity makes a great interview... If you have an affiliate product to promote then that makes it pay.

Read a lot about your interviews. There was an interview about us written by Kay Hepburn when we reached 3-months-mark, published on hubpages.

You don't have to be a big player or have a big list Boomachucka....

....The interview must be entertaining and inspire others to succeed. That's the main thing... and of course if you have an affiliate product to promote then we can also make a bit of money in the process.

We're giving away free information here... holding nothing back. When that resonates with people, then they are open to more.

Hello everyone... thanks for all your great comments and offers to participate in interviews.

I'm sorry I haven't checked back here for a few days... I've been pretty overwhelmed by the response, and so have been trying to get a number of interviews under way.

It will take me a while to get back to everyone here, so forgive me for any further delays in responding. (Plus I'm off on holiday in two weeks time, though I'll reply to all before then).

For anyone else who is reading this... What I'm really looking for is a great story. A great product is the icing on the cake, though not all of my guests have affiliate products. I primarily want to provide great and entertaining / informative content for our listeners.

So if you have a fantastic story and can give away loads of free advice, then that is the best formula. ...and Yes, of course I'd love to make some affiliate commissions in the process, but a great story is the most important part of the interview where the listeners can hear how you made your first dollar and built on that success. People want to know how to repeat that success.
