Looking for dedicated people to form a team for a project I am working on.
I would like the team to consist of 5-10 other people with experience in one of the following:
-Design
-SEO/PPC
-Programming
-Analytics
-Research
-Customer Support
-Etc.
The goal is to NOT have to outsource any of our work.
My business plan is complete. I would like to share it was my team and receive feedback.
Skype conference calls would be great. I like to brainstorm and work 8+ hours a day.
This is not a store, we can not just throw it up and "maintain" it while we work on other projects.
This is a networking site with millions of users visiting 24/7.
I can't do this alone.
