Need Help to Improve My Conversions - happy to share profits

Im have a web site that I have been working on pretty hard and have hit number one in Google for a good volume (highly targeted) search term. I am now getting 250 uniques a day and 400 page views. I am selling a clickbank product and the site was designed exactly to sell that product. I have great clickthrough to clickbank about 30%. I am only selling about 6 or 7 items a month (@ $18 a pop commision). The item has a cb gravity of 120 and the vendor claims a 1 in 5 conversion rate (Yea i know!)
I am pretty sure that my sales conversions should be better and even with a 0.5% conversion rate I should be selling 1-2 products a day.
If anyone is more expert in the 'conversion improvement' field and would like to look at my site then I am happy to split any improvement profits 50/50.
Obviously I can't just have loads of people making suggestions and make the money side work for everyone. So happy to have suggestions but....
What I would like is one person who i can share all the info with and who believes they can make a significant difference to the sales conversions and I can share the profits with that one person.
If anyone thinks they fit the bill please pm me and I will give you the site details and anything else they need to make an informed decision.
