Who uses UAW?

I need this so bad for backlink building, but there is a problem:

Although i am a verified business paypal account holder (with paypal tied to my bank account) i cannot sign up since i don't have a credit card tied to my paypal.

I am looking for someone who can either sell or share/split their UAW account with me, i will pay via paypal each month. Assuming this is within TOS of UAW of course.

It really irks me, we simply don't use credit cards that much here in Europe. Its very retarded on paypal's side to be unable to pay for subscription based services even if the paypal is already tied to a bank account - so why cant they fund monthly subscriptions simply from the account?

    George just get a prepaid card online... They are easy to get in the local stores as well.... Make your life easy!!! Pay Pal sucks and I only take debit or credit cards now at Link Racer and I hope you realize that it is how the financial world is changing... GOOD LUCK PAL!!!!

    MMM,

    you will laugh, while you can get a prepaid at any 7/11 in the states - i dont even think we have them here! You can not simply go in a store and buy a prepaid credit card as in the states, i have never seen those here! I might look around online.

    It's really a pain in the ***.
