Looking For Programer For Many CPA Ventures! Javascript Gateways, ShareCash Clone ect

I have have extensive skills in traffic generation and monetizing, but have outgrown Wordpress blogs and landing pages. I can show proof I've driven well into the 6 figures of unique traffic in 6 months, 99% of it being free and organic traffic! My latest site is PR1 in under 3 months and raking first page of Yahoo, Bing, and Google.
I also charge for SEO services locally and online and can prove I know what I'm doing.
I've been able to monetize the best sites I can create, but know the next step in earning is being on the frontier and offering services that aren't out yet and improving on ones that are. Things that I cannot do myself. I've used all these services for years, and know exactly how to improve them and have looked and looked for a service and not been able to find one.
I have ideas that I know can make money and would rather partner with a programmer I trust, than pay someone to make it, part ways, and have them sell the script to everyone else.
I can buy the domains, already have multiple hosting accounts, can write all the content for the sites, buy all the traffic until we are automated and anything else that comes up. I can also get targeted visitors to buy our services and/or use our offers and get our sites ranked higher than the sites we'll be replacing. This is literally months and months of planning, 2 bad freelancer.com episodes, and one pending jv on hold. I need someone ready to step up to the plate, and become a millionaire with me.
I'm not a programmer, and I've done all that I can without needing a programmer and the time has come.
I need someone who can program the sites, basically replicate sites that already exist and add options from other sites and custom options, and make them look nicer.
People who can create javascript pop-ups, or rather gateways, to be called from our servers to lock content, downloads, links, ect. And also, a backend and login system for users to login and create these gateways and links.
A few CPA Network with offers, gateways, and affiliate tracking solutions that are not yet out and game changing. And making more than one to corner these new markets.
To desktop programs like SENuke and various submitters combined with certain needed options from other services and also monthly web subscriptions for the same services.
And OH SO MANY MORE!
Please have proof of your programming skills and have time to dedicate to these projects, as I have proof of my skills and time to dedicate to projects.
We'll start out slow, and feel each other out. If it seems like a good match, we'll keep moving to bigger things, so don't get scared and think I'm going to ask you to make a CPA network by tomorrow.
We will split all profits 50/50. We can also use some of your accounts if you have them.
I'm an American and have accounts with ALL the major CPA and Affiliate Marketing networks, so if you are outside America and have a hard time getting into networks, this would be ideal.
I also have businesses and plan to create more for the bigger ventures and will bring you in on a corp or partner LLC if you want.
In short, I'm looking for a long term partner, for many business ventures, I fund and host them, you program them we split all profits 50/50.
