Hey,

I just purchased what I think is one of the BEST WSO's ever... about building simple Websites to the OFF-LINE world. You charge $100 - $197 per simple website of 4 pages.... Hey I'm good at that... great at getting ranked on the first page of Google and Yahoo to.

How about a JV...
