Looking for a JV manager... your help is much appreciated!

Hi guys,

I am looking for a JV manager to help out my upcoming projects
in various niches. So if you know someone good, or if you are
interested in this position, please let me know! Your help is very
much appreciated!

Someone with IM knowledge, JV skill, serious drive and determination would
be preferred. Will be paid basic salary and potential commissions
on different projects. This will be interesting job in which you
can learn how to make REAL money in different niches.

We might work online, so I don't really care about where you really locate. What I really care is if you have some experience in setting up JV deals before. So please let me know your portfolio or your previous experience.
