Looking for blogger[s]/Imer[s] to partner in with me developing an established site

I started Blogtap.net about 4 months ago (the domain is much older) and it now has about 200 daily visitors, thousands of backlinks, an Alexa ranking of 175K and over 80 articles in its archive.

I'm shooting for the stars with this site. I've put A LOT of work into already:

• Producing quality content (typically 3-5 posts per week).
• Developing themes that contain attribution links to Blogtap (thousands of people download and use the themes on their site and send PR juice and referral traffic through the footer attribution link).
• Submitting articles to article directories and linking to complimentary content on Blogtap
• Commenting on dofollow related blogs, building backlinks and referral traffic
• Running contests, the first of which is still taking place
• Designing the site. The website design for Blogtap.net was built from scratch and is completely unique.
• Writing guest posts on high-profile sites like Blogussion.com and Sitesketch101 that contain links pointing back to Blogtap.

Why am I looking for a partner?
Because I believe acquiring a partner will greatly expedite the process of establishing Blogtap as a niche authority and ultimately a big revenue earner.

What am I looking for in a partner?
Someone with strong copywriting skills and a knowledge of blogging, social media and Internet marketing best practices.

What does the partner get out of it?
50% of all revenue from the site. The profit-sharing contract will only be valid if the partner keeps his side of the bargain (whatever is agreed to in contributing to the site).

The partner could fill a variety of roles, depending on what exactly the partner's skill set is. These roles could include but are not limited to:

• Content creation (writing posts) on things like blog product reviews, blogging tips, wordpress, blog design tutorials, blog news (see Blogtap's post categories for more)
• External marketing (getting quality links through dofollow commenting, article marketing, guest posting, etc.)
